Information Note on the all Nominated Electricity Market Operators’ (NEMOs) proposal for harmonised minimum and maximum clearing prices

On 14 February 2017, in line with Articles 41(1) and 54(2) of the Regulation establishing a guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (the CACM Regulation)[1] the CER received the day ahead and intraday minimum and maximum price proposals from all Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs). This information note sets the all Regulatory Authorities decision to request the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators to adopt a decision on the received proposals and outlines the necessary next steps.
