Customer Care Team Annual Report 2016

The CER has
today, 8th June 2017, published the Customer Care Team’s Annual
Report for 2017. This report details the number and type of contacts and
complaints received from customers and their resolution levels. The report also
details the level of service provided in the energy and water sectors.
