The CRU has today, 25 January 2021, published a Consultation Paper (CRU2104) regarding the CRU’s arrangements for the calculation of the PSO Levy payments. The primary purpose of this Consultation Paper is to update the CRU’s PSO arrangements
i. to account for the new Renewable Energy Support Scheme (RESS)
ii. to account for the implementation of EU Regulation 2019/943 of the Clean Energy Package (CEP) and its potential impact of PSO payments.
The CRU seeks stakeholders’ views on the proposed amendments. The deadline for responses to this paper is Monday 22 February 2021
